Perimenopause doesn’t usually arrive with a bang.
It often whispers first.
In this episode, I share a message I wish every woman in her 40s could hear: your symptoms are information, not an inconvenience, and not something to push through.
If you’ve noticed subtle shifts like poorer sleep, lower stress tolerance, increased fatigue, changes in mood, or slower recovery from exercise, your body may already be asking for support.
This conversation is reassuring and empowering. Rather than fear, it offers agency and a reframe of perimenopause as a powerful window of opportunity, not the beginning of decline.
In this episode, we explore:
- Why early perimenopause symptoms often go ignored and why that matters
- How symptoms “talk” long before they scream
- Why acting early makes hormone balance, sleep, and nervous system regulation easier
- The role of metabolic health in how intense perimenopause feels
- Why menopause can feel harder for some women and how this often starts years earlier
- The importance of a 360 approach (not just focusing on hormones)
- How small, consistent habits now can change your long-term trajectory
- Why listening to your body is an act of self-leadership
This episode is for you if you want to move through perimenopause feeling informed, supported, and balanced rather than blindsided and overwhelmed.
If you’re nodding along while listening, that’s often a sign your body has been asking for support for a while.
