What’s Included:

Thorough and comprehensive review of your health intake form, to help me understand your health history and unique case, and help me to identify any and all of the factors that may be contributing to your current health and wellbeing challenges.

90 minute onboarding health exploration consultation to dive deeper into your unique case and any previous testing to assess and
prioritise your needs as you embark on your journey to
wellbeing.

Detailed review report detailing areas of imbalances that will need support and our strategy for the following 3 months. This includes exactly HOW we’ll be addressing each component of your health from your gut to hormones and so on.

Personalised Supplement Plan, as required. This will be cross-referenced with any medications you may be taking to avoid interactions. We’ll dynamically update this as we work together to ensure you’re consistently receiving the best support and never overspending on supplements that aren’t truly benefiting you.

Recommendations for further testing, if applicable. This will be based on the outcome of our initial health exploration. Functional testing may allow us dive deeper into your unique biochemistry and inform further strategy and supplement decisions.

3x 60 minute follow-up consultations taking place each of the 3 months following receipt of your roadmap report after the onboarding session. In these sessions we will review test results, monitor progress and refine your plan.

Organisation and interpretation of any functional testing and blood work so that you can actually understand what is happening in your body with real data that makes sense and allows you to feel confident taking action.

Email support between our sessions for any questions that might come up and any micro adjustments that might be needed on your plan.

STAGE 1 - Information Gathering + Getting Started

I take a comprehensive case history from you ahead of our initial deep dive consultation. Then, in our initial session I will continue to gather important and relevant information that will allow me to help you in the best way possible.

Then, after our initial session I will provide you with a written summary of what we discussed and outline the areas we will focus on over the duration of our time together and where we will start. Which also includes recommendations for functional testing, if applicable, and supplement recommendations.

STAGE 2 - Building the Foundations

  • Then, we will spend the next 2-4 weeks building your foundations for optimum health. We’ll meet on Zoom once a month for 3 months after the initial onboarding call. Examples of what we may address in this stage include;
    • Eating habits, pattern and timing -tweaking things where necessary to support your goals
    • Daily routine, movement, and activity levels
    • Sleep and morning + evening routine 
    • Gut health, digestion, bowel movements
    • Supplements review where applicable
    • Your own unique stressors + life circumstances

STAGE 3 - Monitoring Progress + Making Tweaks

Then, where we go from here will depend on various elements, such as if we have new information to work with from any new testing, how much progress you are making, or any changes to your circumstances. Basically, I’ll be guiding you every step of the way through the monthly calls and email support between calls.

STAGE 4 - Maintenance + Moving Forward

By now you should be feeling a LOT better than when we first met. However, depending on how long you have been suffering and the complexity of your own unique case and circumstances, there may be some areas that need more attention.

I will make sure that you are ready and motivated to continue our work long term. In this stage, we will continue to repeat and repeat the work you have been doing, to help you create sustainable habit change. Hi, I'm Francesca

In my last 20s I became interested in health and wellbeing after suffering for almost a decade with low energy, frequent headaches, digestive issues, psoriasis, terrible PMS, depression and weight gain. 

Once I started to understand the link between our food and lifestyle habits such as sleep, movement and relationships, my whole world started to change. One by one, symptoms I’d come to think of as ‘normal’ started to dissipate. Soon I was a completely new person, experiencing my day to day life in a way I’d never thought was possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

As my work with clients is completely personalised it is impossible to answer this. You will be given your own unique plan and so the time investment each week will depend on this. We will work at a pace that suits you and remove any potential overwhelm. Working with me means that the guesswork, research and confusion is completely taken out of your quest to rebalance your body and hormones, which will already be saving you a lot of time. The time required by you to implement the necessary changes and recommendations must be a priority for you.

£1000 for 3 months.
You have the option to pay in full or split the total amount over 3 months

After our initial deep dive consultation I may recommend functional laboratory testing to investigate areas of imbalance that may be at play. Results of such testing provides insight on what is happening on a biochemical level for you, allowing us to take targeted action based on your unique data. Examples of the type of testing I use frequently with my clients include the DUTCH Complete Hormones by Precision Analytical, the GI Effects Comprehensive Stool Analysis, Organic Acids Nutrient Status Profile and comprehensive thyroid screen by Genova Diagnostics.
Testing data also includes blood work results that can be done via your GP and or private testing companies such as Medichecks.
The cost of any testing is separate to the cost of my coaching packages. These are fees charged by the various labs for the various tests.

Test results review and interpretation is charged at £100 per test

Payment must be made at least 48 hours before our initial consultation or before this if I will be working on your case before this time frame, for example to order any functional testing you may want to go ahead with before our initial session or review any test results you may already have. If you are paying in instalments, the first instalment must be made as per the above and subsequent payments will be automatically taken exactly one month apart. No refunds will be issued and full payment of the programme is required whether the client completes the programme or not.

My days and hours of practice are Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10am and 4pm and Thursdays between 10am and 3pm.
