The Midlife Thrive Membership
An online community helping women navigate perimenopause and beyond.
Learn, ask questions, feel supported and finally make sense of what’s happening in your body.
Grounded in evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance to help you better understand what’s happening in your body.
Maybe you’ve noticed:
- disrupted sleep
- anxiety or low mood
- exhaustion and feeling “wired but tired”
- heavier periods or changing cycles
- brain fog and loss of focus
- weight changes
- feeling less resilient than you used to
And perhaps the most frustrating part is that so many women are simply told:
“It’s just perimenopause.”
While fluctuating hormones absolutely play a role, your experience is shaped by far more than hormones alone.
Your stress levels, sleep, nutrition, nervous system, blood sugar regulation, gut health, thyroid health, lifestyle, and overall health history all influence how your body responds during this transition.
Which means: perimenopause is not something you simply have to “push through.”
And you don’t need to figure it all out alone.

Midlife Thrive is here to help you connect the dots
This community was created to offer women a calmer, more grounded approach to perimenopause support.
Inside, you’ll learn how to support your body in a realistic and sustainable way, without fearmongering, extreme wellness advice, or overwhelming protocols.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about understanding what your body may be asking for, building supportive foundations, and learning how to care for yourself through this phase of life and beyond.
Because we don’t simply support a phase, we support the whole person.
Inside the community, you’ll learn about:

- Nutrition and blood sugar balance
- Stress and nervous system support
- Sleep and circadian rhythm health
- Gut health and digestion
- Hormone metabolism and liver detoxification
- Movement and exercise in midlife

- Lifestyle habits that protect long-term health
All explained in a simple, down-to-earth way that helps you actually understand what’s happening in your body.

What the science says about perimenopause and how it's different from menopause:
Another common misconception is that perimenopause means decreasing oestrogen levels. In fact, oestrogen levels can become quite high during perimenopause. What occurs in perimenopause is a situation of high (up to 3 times higher) and fluctuating oestrogen levels with consistently low and falling progesterone. It’s this imbalance between these two hormones that results in many of the typical perimenopause symptoms.
In the earlier stages perimenopause, your menstrual cycle is still regular, although it can be starting to shorten by about 1-5 days. Having less progesterone than you used to but more oestrogen puts you at risk of heavier periods, increased period pain, migraines, and sleep disturbance. This early phase typically last 2 to 5 years.
Scientific evidence tells us that perimenopausal oestrogen levels are higher, more variable and erratic, and that ovulation is less frequent and therefore progesterone levels are lower.
MEET FRANCESCA
I’m Francesca, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC), podcast host and founder of the Midlife Thrive Community.
I’m passionate about helping women make sense of what’s happening in their bodies through perimenopause and beyond. Through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance, my podcast, one-to-one support and the Midlife Thrive Community, I provide calm, practical support to help women better understand their changing bodies, feel more confident in their health decisions, and know they don’t have to navigate midlife alone.
When I’m not talking all things perimenopause, you’ll usually find me with a cup of green tea, enjoying a piece of dark chocolate (or a chocolate brownie!), lifting weights or walking by the sea in my hometown.
I’d love to help you better understand what’s happening in your body and support you every step of the way.
I am fully registered with the British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
