I’m Francesca, a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I help women figure out why they’re no longer feeling their best in their 40s and how to start thriving instead of just surviving. My mission is to remove the overwhelm and confusion by helping you understand what happens during peri menopause and exactly what YOU should be doing and where to start, for a happier and vibrantly healthy time in your 40s.

WHAT IS THE PERIMENOPAUSE ROADMAP?
The Perimenopause Roadmap is a personalised strategy created for you by me, based on your own unique case.
By taking a detailed health history, information of your current circumstances, symptoms and outcome goals, plus reviewing any recent tests you may have had such as blood work and functional tests if applicable, we will create a plan that supports your body and hormones as you journey through perimenopause.
You can finally stop Googling and wasting time and money on supplements and other tools that might not be right for YOU. You can say goodbye to confusion and overwhelm and the action-taking paralysis that comes with it. You can future-proof your health!
All you’ll have to do is follow the plan and focus on the things that are right for YOU and your unique case and needs.

HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED:
1) PRE-CONSULTATION REVIEW
Before your initial consultation, I will review your comprehensive health intake form and any recent testing you have had, if applicable, in great detail.
2) INFORMATION GATHERING CONSULTATION
Once I’m fully prepared, we’ll have our first consultation (over zoom) where we will clarify your current symptoms and challenges and your goals. We will take a deeper dive into your health intake information, to give me a fuller picture of your case and help me ascertain the best course of action.
3) YOUR PERSONALISED ROADMAP
After our consultation, I will take all the information gathered and carefully start to prepare a written strategy (roadmap) for you. This will be shared with you within a week of our consultation for you to review. You will have two weeks of email support following receipt of the roadmap to clarify any of the details and recommendations.

Hi, I'm Francesca
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist + Perimenopause expert. I spent a decade feeling rubbish. Low energy, fatigue, low mood, bad sleep, headaches, overweight and bad PMS. Nutrition and lifestyle habit change literally changed my life. I’ve never looked back and I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2013, so I could help women claim back their vitality and joy.
Now in my 40s, I’ve started to experience some of the changes of the perimenopause phase of womanhood. But with the knowledge I have, I’m able to minimise its impact and continue to feel good and thrive. I want this for all women, which is why I do what I do!

Frequently Asked Questions
The Initial Health Exploration + Roadmap provides you with a comprehensive and completely personalised strategy to follow. This is the same process I use at the start of my 3 and 6-month 1-2-1 coaching packages, with the difference being that no further support is included after 2 weeks of receiving your roadmap. You will be responsible for following the strategy on your own.
£350 which is based on my time for preparation, review, research, our consultation, report writing and email support. This also includes review of any recent (within 2 months) blood work you may have. Should you choose to include functional testing such as comprehensive stool testing or DUTCH, this will incur an additional fee of £100 (cost of test not included).
My practise hours are Tuesdays 10-4pm, Wednesdays 10-4pm, Thursdays 10-2pm
If you would benefit from ongoing support, you have the option to upgrade to either my 3 or 6 month 1-2-1 coaching package and the cost of this initial session option will be deducted from the cost of the package. You also have the option to purchase ad-hoc follow up sessions, which we can discuss should you feel this would suit you.
You have the option to have further email support at the rate of £100 per hour pro rata. At my discretion, I am happy to answer quick response emails free of charge. In some cases, I may suggest another consultation.
Yes, I can recommend which supplements may be most beneficial for you at this stage of your perimenopause journey. These will be based on test results if applicable and/or on your own unique case, needs and goals. You may wish to review your supplements with me every 2-3 months or change your supplement routine based on any further testing or change in circumstances. You will receive 10% discount on all recommended supplements (UK clients).
Testing is not included as the cost of testing is always separate, however, I am qualified to advise on and recommend functional testing that may help support your case and goals should you wish to pursue this avenue. As part of this package I will organise the testing for you via the relevant lab and review and interpret the results for you. If you have recent blood work (within 2 months) I will review this as part of this service. However should you choose to pursue further/more comprehensive testing with me, interpretation is £100 per 1-2 smaller tests or 1 bigger one.
There are no refunds after the initial consultation has taken place. Should you wish to cancel prior to the initial consultation you will receive a refund less any time spent on your case (e.g. reviewing your intake form). This time is billed at £100/h pro rata.
