60 minute consultation £200

What’s included:

Review of your comprehensive pre-session health questionnaire
60 minute session via Zoom for you to receive professional guidance on your current health and wellbeing challenges and how to go about addressing them.

This option does not include:

Aftercare / email support between sessions*
Written report and recommendations (you will need to take your own notes during the session)
Review and interpretation of lab test results (this is charged at £100 for up to max 2 sets of test results)

If you know that you need more comprehensive support, then the Perimenopause Roadmap or the 3 or 6 month coaching options are ideal.
