I spent a decade feeling rubbish. Low energy, fatigue, low mood, bad sleep, headaches, overweight and bad PMS. Nutrition and lifestyle medicine literally changed my life. I’ve never looked back and have since gone on to study and qualify as a Nutritional Therapist in 2013 so I could help women claim back their vitality and joy.
Now in my 40s, I’ve started to experience some of the changes of the perimenopause phase of womanhood. But with the knowledge I have, I’m able to minimise its impact and continue to feel good and thrive. I want this for all women, which is why I do what I do!
