What DOES A PERIMENOPAUSE NUTRITIONIST DO + HOW CAN I HELP YOU TO THRIVE IN YOUR 40S?

Let me introduce you to my work!

My Mission

I help women THRIVE through perimenopause.

In your 40s, your hormones start to shift and this results in some changes and symptoms that might be experienced physically, cognitively, and emotionally. The way you did things in your 20s and 30s likely won’t work anymore and it’s time to learn what your body needs to THRIVE, both now and for life!

As a Perimenopause Nutritionist, I teach and use nutrition and lifestyle medicine to help the women in my practice and online community to THRIVE with vibrant health and happiness! And I want to help as many women as possible 🙂

Some of these symptoms include

Low energy, mood swings, irritability, anxiety, low mood, sleep issues, brain fog, new or worse PMS, changes to your menstrual cycles and periods, more belly fat?

The hormonal shifts that start to occur from age 35 marks your body’s slow and gradual transition to eventually reaching menopause. The new behaviour of your hormones creates various physiological changes that can affect you physically, cognitively and emotionally. This is perimenopause.

THE GOOD NEWS is that nutrition and lifestyle habits play a SIGNIFICANT role in your perimenopause (and menopause) experience! Isn’t that great?!

What if...

You could learn new ways to do things in your day to day life, that you can absolutely love, that meant you could effortlessly manage your hormones better, your energy, your mood, your weight and sleep really well?

It’s never too late to start, nor too early.

My approach to supporting women with their health and wellbeing is refreshing, down-to-earth and realistic.

MORE ABOUT Francesca

My goal and passion in life is to empower women with the knowledge and information they need to navigate their 40s, aka perimenopause. I want all women to know exactly what happens in their body and brain as their hormones behave differently in their 40s.

I teach women how to support their body mentally physically and emotionally through  the hormonal ride in their 40s, so that they can avoid any fear, overwhelm or confusion.

In 2002 I began my working life in an oil broking firm in London, supporting brokers and confirming their trades. After working my way up in the oil trading and financial industry I eventually realised I wanted to do something more meaningful with my life. After overcoming my own health challenges working with a Nutritionist, I knew I wanted to carve out a career helping other people in the same way I was helped and transforming their lives like mine was.

In 2008 I embarked on a 5 year evening and weekend educational journey towards re-training as a Nutritional Therapist. I qualified in 2013 and eventually left my banking career behind once and for all in 2015.

I now have over 10 years experience working as a Nutritional Therapist and for the last 4 years I have specialised in the area of perimenopause.

I hold a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Are you ready to work together?

Here's How We Can Get Started

The way I work as a perimenopause nutritionist is detailed, intimate, personalised and supportive. This means I can only work with a small number of 1-2-1 clients at any one time.

Together we can explore the challenges you are experiencing with your body, health and wellbeing, which may be supported with some functional testing (I will guide you on this). From there I will provide you with a fully personalised road map to get you back to YOU.
